3. 3Initial Report contentCapture the data your state requires: principal office address, mailing address if different, registered agent name and office address, officer roster (corporations), member or manager roster (LLCs), director roster (nonprofits). For Nevada, capture the business license category. For California, capture additional agent-for-service-of-process details. Affirm the information is accurate.
